Cuccio Brush on Builder Gels
Hello, I am Rhiannon – rhbeautyx & I am a nail tech from Wales, I cover all aspects of nails but my most popular system is the brush on builder, my clients absolutely love it and I have changed a lot of extension clients over to growing out their natural nails by using the brush on builder. I personally find it really easy to use and work with, the viscosity isn’t too thin so you can build multiple fingers at once which I find lot more time effective.
Visually I love the way it finishes on the nail, when applying colour on top of the brush on builder I always use one of the yellow softie blocks to lightly buff the gel, this will ensure that the colour glides on and gives an even coverage all over the nail. If you have clients who need to keep their nails natural and discreet for work I will apply the brush on builder in the clear shade & then either top it with a matte top coat or leave it with the light buff from the yellow softie block, this will just take the glossy shine away giving more of a natural finish that will go undetected.
I always make sure I’ve got some of the natural colour brush on builders (cashmere sweater Is my absolute favourite) but the brush on builder gel with calcium LED/UV 75ml – clear is a staple in my kit. I always use step 1 (prep) and step 2 (fuse) prior to applying the gel, I go in with a thin layer of brush on builder then cure then once cured I apply a thicker layer of gel on top to get the strength, if you have clients who have more oily nails or who don’t retain a set as well as they should I apply a thin layer of the universal base (rubber base) before I go In with the brush on builder.
All in all the brush on builder is my absolute holy grail and I couldn’t be without it, if you haven’t already tried it you have to! I know you’ll love it as much as I do.
