Increase your Retailing Opportunities for Christmas

Retailing products is something that brings us extra income all year round but especially during the Christmas period, you can really boost your profits by getting organised and planning ahead!

The conversation of gifting will naturally come up during this time of year, people will be buying gifts for loved ones and often want something a little more luxurious than what you can pick up on the high street; there is no better time for them to gift something Cuccio.

It is good to have products readily available for your clients to purchase and take home with them at the time of the appointment. This means the thought won’t pass – we often think about doing something or buying something in particular and then we get distracted and forget because we have such busy lives! We should strike whilst the iron is hot as it were!

Get to know your retail products!

Being able to speak confidently about the products that you are retailing will entice your clients into wanting to know more. You have chosen to use Cuccio products because you love them, so why wouldn’t you want to pass this knowledge on to your clients?

Some people will look at a cuticle oil as just a cuticle oil but to us we know that’s not the case. Clients love to learn and know what they are having used on them in their treatments, so let them know what products you are using and why you are using them.

You will know what your clients like to buy, this will differ for each technician, so have a think about what is most popular with you and work around that.

Display your Wares!

Having a separate display with Christmas gifting on will attract your clients to it and the conversation can flow from there where you can make a really natural retail transaction. We don’t our clients to feel under pressure to purchase, so take it easy and let the conversation flow.

Have some seasonal themed products for example the Citrus & Wild Berry scented products always go well this time of year, this gorgeous scent just screams winter! Stock up on some Christmas coloured lacquers, these are great for our clients with little ones who want to be just like their mummy!

Most importantly have fun and enjoy this time of year, it can be super stressful, so planning ahead is key.
