- Sit comfortably at your nail desk with all products set out ready to use.
- Thoroughly wash and dry your hands and apply gloves if you wear them for your treatment.
- Ensure all Tools and Accessories are clean and ready to use.
- Spray the clients’ hands and nails with Anti-bacterial Cleansing Spray
- Push back eponychium and remove excess cuticle.
- File nails into shape with a 240-grit file or similar.
- Very gently buff the surface of the nail to remove any shine with a buffing block.
- Remove dust.
- Wipe clean the nail surface using Anti-bacterial Cleansing Spray on a Nail Wipe which cleans the nail ready for application.
- Using Cuccio Veneer #1 Prep, apply a small amount to the entire nail
- Using Cuccio Veneer #2 Fuse, apply a small amount to the free edge only, let it air dry.
- Using Cuccio Universal Base Coat, apply a thin layer to the nail. Cure in the LED lamp for 30 seconds.
- Stir your chosen colour of Gel Polish thoroughly using the Mix Stir Tool. This will combine the pigments (which can settle when the bottle is sat on your shelf and especially in a new bottle following transit) to ensure desired colour is achieved.
- Apply the first coat of Cuccio Gel Polish, cure for 30 seconds in the LED lamp.
- Apply the second coat of Cuccio Gel Polish, cure for 30 seconds in the LED lamp. A 3rd layer can be applied for depth of colour if required, simply repeat this step.
- Take Cuccio Veneer #5 Topcoat and apply to the nail and cure for 30 seconds.
- Use Conditioning Cleanser with the lint free wipe and remove the sticky layer from the top of each nail – use one side of the wipe for one nail, fold this in half and scrub the nail to ensure the sticky layer has been fully removed. You should use a clean part of the wipe for each nail to ensure you do not transfer uncured product onto your skin.
- Apply cuticle oil to your cuticles, gently massage in and you’re good to go.
- Using a clean dry Nail Wipe remove the excess oil from the nail plate to reveal a high shine finish.
